I have recently learned the importance of healthy eating and exercise and have started this blog to help keep me on track and motivated!
I have been involved in so many sports over the years but am currently rowing and am part of a crew that are the school girl state champions (and were voted best schoolgirl crew for 2012) which to me is such an achievement and proves to myself that I’ve got what it takes to be able to achieve my goals.
I have had some very bad eating habits in the past and am now just wanting to eat as well and cleanly as possible whilst getting fitter and fitter and eventually reaching my goals (which you can see on my goals page)
I am doing this all for myself and am willing to help anyone along with their own weightless/healthy journey :) fell free to drop by my ask box
