I can’t say how much you would lose, but definitely by running, eating healthily and doing some weights and strengthening exercises you’d be able to tone up for sure! just remember to not get discouraged in the first week because it may take a the whole month for your toning progress to be seen. once you start this don’t look back, let me know how its going and if you need any more advice and good luck :)
