i know how lame this sounds but I honestly could not be happier right now if I tried
saturday night was perfect, so much more than what i had dreamed of. finally it happened.

hey im going on a holiday in around 1 months time i dont really need to lose a lot of weight but i just want to be lose some. how much do you reckon id lose if i ran everyday, eat well and did some strengthening excercises? do you reckon that would be enough to at least tone up a bit?
I can’t say how much you would lose, but definitely by running, eating healthily and doing some weights and strengthening exercises you’d be able to tone up for sure! just remember to not get discouraged in the first week because it may take a the whole month for your toning progress to be seen. once you start this don’t look back, let me know how its going and if you need any more advice and good luck :)
